You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph.king account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you, regardless of whether you personally performed the action, unless you have notified ph.king of unauthorized access in writing prior to the activity occurring.
You must notify ph.king's support team immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, that your credentials have been compromised, or that any unauthorized transaction has been processed through your account.
ph.king will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.

ph.king accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in PHP. No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may be subject to additional verification requirements.
ph.king does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed above. Attempts to deposit via unsupported methods will be declined and funds returned to the originating account.
Players may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum amount.
ph.king does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside ph.king's control and are the player's responsibility.
ph.king reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, ph.king will notify the affected player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph.king's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
ph.king reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within ten (10) business days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph.king platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ph.king's internal complaints procedure. To initiate a complaint, contact ph.king's support team with a written description of the dispute.
ph.king will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
ph.king reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph.king will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the ph.king platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
